The Thai Rice Exporters Association held the Annual General Meeting 2008 (No. 42) on Wednesday, December 24, 2008. After the meeting, a dinner party was held in order to strengthen good relationship among members.

The Association's Executive Board members made a study tour to rice growing areas in Norhteastern provinces to survey rice production for the crop year 2008/09. The group also visited Ubonratchatani Rice Research Centre and Rice Seed Expansion Centre in Roi Ed Province.
